We offer stays in apartments, condos, houses, and townhomes.  Availability varies.  

 Yes!  For short term stays there is a minimum of 2 nights per booking.  Longer term stays (3 weeks or more) are also welcomed and can be coordinated.   

For a short-term stay:

Check-In is at 4pm

Check-Out is by 10am

Early check in or late check out can possibly be coordinated.  

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on patios and in garages.  Pets are not allowed.  No parties or unregistered guest.  In some instances, accommodations can be made if previously discussed and approved.  We ask is that you respect the property and your neighbors. 

  Background checks are required for stays for 30 days or longer. 

 All bookings must be cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, in order to recieve a refund.  If you need to cancel and unsure how to do so, please reach out to us and we will get back to you shortly.
